What kind of organization is Shojinmeat?
What does it mean to "cultivate" meat?
From these trivial questions I ⁠— a postgraduate university student ⁠— became involved with the Shojinmeat project. I will explain (as far as my knowledge extends) the activities of Shojinmeat from my perspective.
