「Bio-Decoration Workshop」は 、''生物発光'' を使ったデコレーションを体験するワークショップです。今回は3種類の生き物を植菌&培養して、自分だけのBio-Decorationを作成してみましょう！🎄

▶︎使用する生き物

　1. 夜光虫
夜光虫は、海に生息する生物発光生物です。揺らしたり、刺激を与えることで明るく光ります。

2. Photobacterium phosphoreum
光を発するめずらしい細菌です。光はぼんやりと弱いですが、持続的な発光が可能です。ワークショップでは、シャーレの上で線を引くようにPhotobacterium phosphoreumを植菌する方法を学びます。クリスマスに向けて、光る模様を作ってみませんか？

3. 粘菌
粘菌は目を見張るような独自の知能を持っている生物です。動物でも植物でもない黄色のスライムのような生き物と協力して、ワクワクするような模様を作ることができます。

・基本的な微生物培養実験の工程を体験できます

In this workshop we will do cultivation of 3 different types of natural, harmless organisms.

1. 'sea sparkle' (ヤコウチュウ) is a bioluminescent algae that lives in sea water. It lights up brightly when being shaken!

2. Photobacterium phosphoreum is a light-emitting bacteria. The light is weaker, but it will glow continuously. We will learn how to streak these bacteria on a petri dish, you can make your own, glowing patterns for Christmas.

3. Slime-mold (粘菌) is a fast growing, yellow organisms that has its own intelligence. We can collaborate with the slime-mold to make exciting patterns!

You can take the containers and all the organisms home with you!
